Bug the Game OP with CoC Loopholes. Say that Caps doesnt represent getting yelled at but as an expression. (Eg. Dager is AWESOME) Petition this and demand that the section in the Game OP handbook/ CoC be changed to "...usage of caps may be allowed in moderation of expressional purposes only..." It is unfair to us as a people, as a nation, and as individuals wanting to express feelings.
